How to give your digital marketing agency access to your LinkedIn Campaign Manager

LinkedIn Ads are managed through Campaign Manager. To run and optimise campaigns on your behalf, we need access to your ad account and associated business page.

This guide shows you how to share access with FizzyPop.

Step 1: Login to LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Go to LinkedIn Campaign Manager and sign in to your account.

If you manage multiple accounts, make sure you are signed into the correct account you want to share with us.

Step 2: Open account settings

In the left-hand navigation:

1. 1. Click Account Settings
   2. Select Manage access

1. 1. Select Business Profile settings from the dropdown

This is where users and permissions are managed.

Step 3: Add a new user

1. Click Add user
2. Enter the emails and/or LinkedIn accounts we have provided
3. Set the permission levels to Account Manager
4. Click Add

Step 4: Check page access (if required)

If your ads run through a LinkedIn Company Page:

1. 1. Go to your LinkedIn page
   2. Click Settings
   3. Select Manage admins

1. Click Add admin

Add the provided FizzyPop emails and/or LinkedIn accounts and set the permission levels as Super Admin

What happens next?

Once access is in place, we will:

1. Review your current campaign structure and setup
2. Identify opportunities to improve performance
3. Manage and optimise your LinkedIn advertising
