How to give your digital marketing agency access to your Google Business Profile

This quick guide will show you how to add new users to your Google Business Profile.

Step 1: Open your Google Business Profile

On Google, search for your business while you are logged in under the Google account that has access to the Google Business Profile. It is important that you search for your exact business name. Variations or shortened versions may bring up a different listing or prevent the management panel from appearing.

A management panel will appear at the top of the results with options such as editing your profile, viewing insights, and responding to reviews.

Step 2: Access profile settings

In the management panel:

1. Click the three dots

2. Select Business Profile settings from the dropdown

This is where all the user and access controls are managed.

Step 3: Add a new user

1. Within the settings menu, click People & access. You will see a list of current users and their permission levels.

2. Click add and enter the FizzyPop email address we have provided
3. Set the permission level to Owner
4. Click invite to complete the process. We will accept the invitation on our end.
